All our buttons in horn are made by hand at our own workshops. Feel free to bring your knitwear to the store so you can find the horn button or buttons that suit you.
Care instructions
We recommend that you always take the horn button off if the clothes are to be washed. Some of our customers wash their clothes and horn buttons on a wool program, and they have good experiences with the horn button not being damaged. However, this is not our recommendation. We recommend that horn buttons do not come into contact with water or hot water for a long period of time.
If you want a horn button that can withstand washing and machine washing, you must choose an imitation horn button, which is ALSO made of a waste product from the cow, in this case milk protein - and made at the only button factory in the Netherlands. We also sell them here on the website.
